2010 Lions International Convention will be held in Sydney!

Membership of Lions gives fun, enjoyment and the opportunity to help others less fortunate than ourselves.   • The Kirketon Road Centre (part of Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital) is the beneficiary of a successful Lions Club of Sydney fund raising effort to purchase a mobile clinic. The Director of the Centre, Doctor Ingrid van Beek and her staff have confirmed that that the mobile clinic is proving to be of great value in their efforts to provide clinical and counselling support to young people in need.

 


  • President David Pell presents a cheque to Jordan Thomas from the Sydney Hospital as a progress payment towards the purchase of a portable defribrillator and monitor unit for the Emergency Department of Sydney Hospital.
